Answer. Feel free to contact our Intake Department 24×7 and we will assist with verification of equipment or supplies.

Q. If my child needs a new supply item, what do I need to do?

Answer. Call your child’s physician/ specialist’s office to fax the prescription/ order.

Q. I am going out of town, when can I get my supplies?

Answer. Supplies can be provided the following day.

Q. I am moving out of town; can you continue to provide my supplies?

Answer. Yes. If you remain in our service area. If you move out of our service area, we will help coordinate.

Q. What if I have questions or need help after business hours?

Answer. We have on call staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
